Area is an experimental virtual house owned and governed by players.
It combines ideas in spatial design, virtual collaboration, cryptocurrencies and DAOs into a simple, lightweight virtual experience on the web.
The numbers represent the count of players in the room
The Area house is a collection of virtual rooms laid out on a dotted grid. Players can select a room using the green target and press enter to go in. Players can also drag the grid itself to jump to a different section quickly.

In Area, rooms are owned and governed by players using a currency called $cash.
Area is built on a blockchain and players can use $cash to unlock rooms, trade objects or vote for house proposals.
